These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Axon Flow ("we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Axon Flow browser extension and our related services. You agree that by accessing or using the Service, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and you must discontinue use immediately.
Axon Flow is a browser extension for Google Chrome that provides users with AI-powered conversation summarization and token tracking tools for use on third-party AI chat platforms. The service is offered through a free tier with usage limits and a paid 'Pro' subscription for unlimited access.
Certain features of the Service require the purchase of a "Pro" subscription. All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring, monthly basis and will automatically renew unless canceled. All payments are final and non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting customer service, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. All payments are handled by our third-party payment processor, Lemon Squeezy.
You may not access or use the Service for any purpose other than that for which we make the Service available. You agree not to interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Service; attempt to bypass any measures designed to prevent or restrict access; or sell or otherwise transfer your Pro subscription access.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US DURING THE ONE (1) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING.
To expedite resolution, you and Axon Flow agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration. If informal negotiations fail, the dispute will be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration.
